摘　　要：从分析我国信息安全现状出发 ,指出了信息安全建设的重要性和必要性 ,并针对信息系统安全所面临的各种威胁 ,提出控制策略和相关技术 ,并结合医保综合业务网络管理信息系统实例加以详细说明。With the increasing popularity of the computer and the rapid development of the network, it expedites the process of the information construction in our country, and brings forward some safety problems at the same time. The thesis points on the importance and necessity of the safety construction of the information from the state of it. The thesis points out the control strategy and the relative technology about the kinds of menaces the information system facing, and details it with the medical treatment insurance MIS.
