老年冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸的测定

摘　　要：目的:观察老年冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平与血清脂质的关系。方法:对97例老年冠心病患者及48例老年对照组成员的血清同型半胱氨酸用高压的液相色谱法进行了测定。同时对上述两组血清脂质也进行了测定。结果:老年冠心病患者血清同型半脱氨含量显著高于同龄对照组(P<0.05),老年人冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸与血清脂质呈不相关。结论:老年人高血清同型半胱氨酸可能是动脉粥样硬化和冠心病的危险因素。Objective: This study was designed to investigate the relationship between the serum homocysteine (Hcy) and coronary heart disease (CHD) of aged. Methods: The serum Hey level of 97 aged patients with CHD and 48 normal control were measured using high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection. The serum lipids were measured at the same time. Results: The level of Hcy in patients with CHD was significantly higher than normal control (P<0. 05), No relationship were observed between serum Hcy and serum lipid levels (P> 0. 05) in CHD group. Conclusion: Higher serum Hcy is a new independent risk factor for aged patients with CHD.
