摘　　要：目的　建立测定盐酸地尔硫 艹卓 的新方法。方法　采用两点电位滴定法。结果　该法和药典规定的HPLC测定结果一致。结论　所建方法简便 ,准确 ,适用于盐酸地尔硫 艹卓OBJECTIVE To establish a new method for determining diltiazem hydrochloride by the two-point potentiometric titration.METHODS The two point potentiometric tilration method was adoped.RESULTS The content of diltiazem hydrochloride was determined by this method according with the method in pharmacopoeia.CONCLUSION This method is very suitable for determination of diltiazem hyodrochloride and it is convenient and accurate.
