摘　　要：稳定的筹资渠道是社区卫生服务发展的重要条件之一。泰国的卫生筹资采取国家预算投入和社区筹资相结合的基本方式。其社区卫生筹资的显著特点是从供方投入 ,引导需方投入 ,形成共同筹资。这种社区卫生筹资方式与多种形式的健康保险制度相结合 ,具有良好的发展前景 ,对我国的社区卫生服务提供了有益的启示。The stable financing way is an important condition to develop community health services. The basic way of health financing in Thailand is the combination of the governmental budget and the community financing. An obvious characteristic of its community health financing is that investing in the provider, inducing investment from the consumer and then both financing way are available. Combining with several kinds of health insurance systems, this community health financing way has a bright future and gives a useful revelation to develop community health services in our country.
