摘 要:膝关节是人体最大的、结构最复杂的关节,也是承受杠杆力最大的关节。膝关节由股骨髁和胫骨平台组成,关节囊及韧带是维持膝关节稳定性的重要结构。股骨髁在直立或行走时所受的应力最大,股骨髁间窝是膝部最薄弱处,加上膑骨的楔状作用,而使股骨髁间骨折很多见,也是膝关节部位最严重的损伤,此类骨折合并韧带损伤不多见。作者统计56例此类骨折,认为修复后坚强的内固定加早期的功能锻炼是治疗此类骨折的关键,也是其功能康复的前提。Knee articulation is the largest structure and the most complicated joint in the human's body. It bears the strongest lever force. Femur ankle faces up to the strongest force when man standing straight or walking. Ankle bursa and ligament are the most important structures that keep the knee articulation stable. Femur ankle is the wakest. The cuneiform effection of Patella makes it very common that fracture in the femur ankles happens. This is also the most serious injure in the position of knee articulation. The author counted up 56 cases of fracture and thought that the keys to the fracture treatment are using internal fixed method after restoring and doing early function exercises.
