摘　　要：在严格定义模式概念的基础上,本文提出了以模式分类方法为核心的一整套、对半导体整流装置进行数字仿真的分析方法。提出模式分类方法的主要目的是为了组建同类模式的统一模型以简练半导体整流装置数字仿真程序的结构。这一套方法适合于联接到同步发电机上的任何种类半导体整流装置数字仿真数学模型的建立。On the basis of rigorously defining the concept of modes, this paper presents a set of the methods which are employed in composing the mathematical model for the digital simulation of any rectifier which is connected to the synchronous generator. By means of the classification of modes , the unified model of the same kind of modes can be derived. Thus the computer program block for the digital simulation of the rectifier can be greatly simplified
