经导管动脉导管未闭封堵术前后左心室形态及功能的对比研究

摘　　要：为评价经导管动脉导管未闭 (PDA)封堵术前后左心室形态及功能的变化 ,对 5 2例 PDA患者封堵术前及术后 2 4小时、1个月、3个月进行超声心动图 (U CG)随诊 ,测量左室舒张末内径 (L VDd)、左室收缩末内径(L VDs)、左房内径 (L A)、主肺动脉直径 (MPA) ,计算左室短轴缩短率 (L VFS)、左室射血分数 (L VEF) ;测量二尖瓣血流 E峰值 (VE)、E峰减速时间 (Tdec)、A峰值 (VA) ,计算 VE与 VA 比值 (E/ A)。结果显示 ,经导管 PDA封堵术后 L VDd、L VDs、L A、MPA明显减小 ,L VFS、L VEF无明显变化 ,Tdec增加。表明经导管 PDA封堵术后左室明显减小 ,左室舒张功能改善 。To compare the variations of left ventricular conformation and function before and after transcatheter closure of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA)in 52 cases.Transcatheter closure of PDA were performed in 52 patients,using echocardiograghy as follow up study at 24 hours,1 month,3 months after occlusion.Result showed that after transcatheter closure of PDA,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular end systolic diameter,left atrium diameter,main pulmonary artery diameter were significant decreased,the left ventricular ejection fraction and fraction shortening had no difference.The mitral valve early rapid filling deceleration time was increased after occlusion.This suggests after transcatheter closure of PDA,the enlarged left ventricle is decreased,and the diastolic function is improved.Echocardiograghy is credible method for the follow up study.
