张菜园引黄闸流量自动测量系统研究

摘　　要：应用先进的电子技术 ,通过理论研究和模型试验 ,建立水流过闸流量计算公式 ,计算机测控系统自动测量黄河张菜园引黄涵闸过流量 ,实施了水资源远程联网管理、计量收费。Applying modern electronic technology, theoretical research and model test, the discharge through the gate is established, measured by automatic system which is controled by computer. It provides the basis for managing water resources and charging.
