含羟基、膦酸根水溶性膦配体的合成

摘　　要：以季盐 [Ph2 P( CH2 OH) 2 ]+Cl- 与含羟基的胺乙基膦酸衍生物温和条件的曼尼希反应 ,合成了含Ph2 PCH2 N配位基团的水溶性膦配体 Na2 O3 PCH2 CH2 N( CH2 PPh2 ) [CH2 CH2 N ( CH2 PPh2 ) ]n CH2 CH2 OH ( n=0 ,1 ) ,用 NMR、MS、IR对该膦配体的结构进行了表征 ,UV测定了其在水 /有机相体系中的分配系数 D。Water-soluble phosphine ligands Na 2O 3PCH 2CH 2N(CH 2PPh 2)[CH 2CH 2N(CH 2PPh 2)] n-CH 2CH 2OH(n=0,1) containing diphenylphosphine complexing group were synthesized by reaction of the 2-aminoethylphosphonic acid derivatives containing hydroxyl group with [Ph 2P(CH 2OH) 2] +Cl - at 80~85 ℃, without necessity for any special reagents. The ligands were characterized by NMR, MS, IR and UV. Their distribution coefficients D in water/organic phase system were quantitatively determined by ultraviolet spectroscopy.
