摘　　要：以烟酸与芳胺为基本原料 ,经多步反应 ,制得 1 -烟酰基 -4 -芳基氨基硫脲 ;后者在水合肼存在下关环 ,合成了一系列新化合物 3 -( 3 -吡啶基 ) -4 -氨基 -5-芳胺基 -1 ,2 ,4-三唑。化合物结构经元素分析、IR,1H NMR,13 CUsing nicotinic acid and aryl amines as the base stock, 1-(3-pyridyl)-4-aryl thiosemicarbazides were prepared as results of multistep reactions. The ring-closure of 1-(3-pyridyl)-4-aryl thiosemicarbazides in the presence of hydrazine hydrate gave the title compounds 3-(3-pyridyl)-4-amino-5-arylamino-1,2,4-triazoles, whose structures have been established by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra.
