摘　　要：寡核苷酸在固体支持物如玻璃、硅片、尼龙或塑料表面的牢固、密集、有规律的离散固定是基因芯片制作技术的关键步骤 .综述了国内外寡核苷酸在固体支持物表面共价固定的主要方法 .Immobilization of oligonucleotides onto solid substrates plays an important role in the manufacturing of DNA chips. This paper reviews the development in the covalent immobilization of oligonucleotides onto different solid substrates including glass plate, silicon wafer, nylon and other plastic supports.
