摘 要:研究了碘与喹诺酮类药物司帕沙星反应产物的紫外光谱性质。发现 ,在酸性介质中司帕沙星极易被亚硝酸氧化 ,其氧化产物被碘取代后可产生强的紫外吸收光谱 ,其紫外吸收较司帕沙星强 6 7倍 ,据此建立了衍生化增敏紫外光谱测定司帕沙星的新方法。该方法可用于片剂中司帕沙星含量的测定 ,结果令人满意。The UV spectrum characteristics of halide(iodine)-sparfloxacin have been studied. It was found that sparfloxacin was oxidized by nitrous acid and then reacted with iodine in acidic media. The products had strong UV absorption which was 67 fold more than that of sparfloxacin itself. Based on this finding, a new senstive method for the direct determination of sparfloxacin was presented. A reasonable mechanism was proposed to explain the behavior.
