票证防伪检测仪的研究

摘　　要：针对有价证券防伪技术需求 ,采用国际新型高分辨率 Si- PIN探测器研制了票证防伪检测仪 ,配置了多功能的检测软件系统。应用实践表明 :它具有无损、快速、操作简便的特点 ,长期稳定性为 0 .45 %,能量分辨率为 2 0 3 e V/ Mn Kα,尤其它能够将显性加密和隐性加密有机结合 ,提供了大众识别性和专业识别性的技术条件 ,具有广泛的实用性和安全性。A measure instrument for the authenticating fake bills or certificates has been developed, which adopted Si-PIN high resolution detector (203 eV/MnKα). A multifunctional application software has been incorporated into the system. The instrument operation is simple and speedy, and is a measure of naught destroyment to bill or certificate. The long term stability of the system is satisfactory with a variation of 4.5% in 12 h.
