摘　　要：从对青海省乐都县退耕还林的调查等来看,建立生态效益补偿机制已势在必行;本文以林业分类经营为基础,分别从宏观和微观上探讨了生态效益补偿额度的确定方法,最后提出了用模糊聚类分析进行生态效益补偿主体区域分类的思路。In the view of investigating the reclaiming of arable land for reforestation in Qinghai province,the reward system of ecology effectiveness must be established directly.Based on the forest classification,this essay makes an analysis on the compensated sum in the macroscopical and microcosmic angles.And it also puts forwards the method of decentralizing the corpus regions by 'Fuzzy Grouping'.
