摘　　要：针对目前信息发展的要求 ,讨论了视频序列中运动目标检测和跟踪的一些方法 ,并在视频监控系统的具体应用环境中 ,提出了运动目标的适时检测和跟踪的一种适用方法 ,同时给出了相应的实验结果 .结果表明 ,本文方法是比较实用的 ,能满足实时视频监控系统的要求 .In order to meet the current information needs, this paper put emphasis on the methods of detecting and tracking objects in image sequences. In the mean time, a practical method on object detecting and tracking in a real-time video surveillance and monitoring system was provided as well as some experimental results. The results show that the proposed method is a practical one. It can meet the need of the real-time video surveillance and monitoring system.
