摘 要:利用影响系数法 ,将基体看作半无限大体 ,对薄膜作平面处理 ,从而对膜—基复合材料的界面剪应力计算进行分析研究。在基体受单向拉伸时 ,薄膜—基体界面产生剪应力 ,分别利用有限元法和解析法对薄膜和基体的影响系数进行计算 ,根据薄膜—基体界面位移协调条件 ,建立以界面剪应力为未知量的积分方程 ,最后得出界面剪应力。克服了完全采用有限元法在网格划分时遇到的困难 ,并且减少计算量。数值计算结果表明 ,本文对薄膜和基体的处理是有效的 ,能够较好地反映薄膜—基体界面剪应力的实际变化规律 。The influence coefficient method is applied to determine the interfacial shear stresses of the film substrate composite in this paper, in which the substrate is regarded as the half space and the film as the plane. When a tensile load is applied to the substrate in an axial direction, the displacement at arbitrary point on the film and the substrate can be expressed by an integration in which the influence coefficients and the interfacial shear stresses are included. According to the condition of displacement harmony on the interface of the film substrate interface, a number of integral equations in which the interfacial shear stresses at the film substrate interface are unknown quantities can be established. Because of symmetry in structure and load, the interfacial shear stresses in quarter of the region of adhesion are analyzed. After the influence coefficients of the film and the substrate are calculated by using the Finite Element Method and the analytic method respectively, a truncated set of simultaneous equations are solved for the interfacial shear stresses. The influence coefficients of the substrate at any point are computed by summing up those of its four symmetrical points, and the singularity at special points calculating the influence coefficients of the substrate are eliminated by the average of displacements at its vicinal points. The method overcomes the difficulties that the film substrate is meshed only using the Finite Element Method, and makes the calculation less complex taking the substrate as the half space. In contrast with analytic solution, the results can perfectly show its effectiveness to deal with the film substrate in this paper, and reflect the factual variation of the interfacial shear stresses in the region of adhesion. The method provides a new way for the strength analysis of the film substrate composite.
