摘 要:系统阐述利用有限元法对机械结构零部件进行疲劳断裂分析的相关理论和方法。在此基础上对 16V2 40机车柴油机曲轴的最危险曲拐进行最大和最小工况下的三维有限元分析 ,确定裂纹易产生的危险截面 ,求解危险截面处不同深度和形态的表面椭圆裂纹的应力强度因子 ,并拟合关于椭圆裂纹特征参数及总体坐标下的等效应力强度因子的近似表达式。为预测含裂纹曲轴的承载能力、剩余寿命。The relative theory and methods on the analysis of the fatigue and fracture of mechanical components by means of the finite element method are discussed. So on, the three dimensional stress field of the crankshaft of 16V240 diesel engine was analyzed under the cases of maximum and minimum loading. The critical section where crack initiation and propagation occur easily was identified. The stress intensity factors of the half elliptical crack with different depth and shape on the critical section were solved by FEM displacement method. A curve fitting formula was also given to calculate the stress intensity factors based on the character parameters of the crack and equivalent stress in global coordinate system. This work is valuable to provide requisite fatigue fracture factors of predicting the loading capacity, remainder life and failure standard of the cracked crankshaft of this diesel model.
