摘　　要：通过对炉料控制,特别是对稳定珠光体元素含量的控制,合理选择化学成分,采用随流孕育及优化浇注系统和冒口,成功地在DISA线上生产东风本田铸态铁素体球铁减震器叉臂件,性能及外观质量均达到东风本田公司的要求。By controlling melting charge,especially co ntrolling the contents of pearlite stabilizing el-ements,properly selecting co mposition,as well as by optimizing gating system and risers,the as-cast ferri te nodular iron fork-arms for Dongfeng-Honda dampener have been successfully produced on DISA moulding-pouring line.The properties and surface quality of c astings have met the require-ments of Dongfeng-Honda Co.
