摘　　要：采用自硬树脂砂铸型和普通生铁生产铸态QT400-18铸件,而采用同样铸造工艺,通过Cu-Sb微合金化生产铸态QT800-2曲轴。The as-cast high-elongation nodular iron castings(QT400-18)were produced with self-setting resin sand mold and average pig iron,and the as-cast high-strength nodular iron castings(QT800-2)were produced also with the self-setting r esin sand mold and pig iron plus low content Cu-Sb alloying.
