摘　　要：利率市场化并非全部自由化 ,我国利率市场化面临较大的潜在风险 ,应选择渐进式的改革模式 ,在步骤上应重点突破 ,循序渐进。Liberalization of interest rate not means allowing unrestrained freedom; facing more latent risk when market determines interest rate in china. It is suitable that we choose reform modle of advance gradually and carry on the work step by step while make the focal points stand out.
