摘　　要：市场经济要求在经济活动中 ,必须遵循客观经济规律 ,寻求最佳的经济效益。工程作为一种最主要的经济活动 ,其主要目的之一也是如何才能获得最佳的经济效益 ,而建筑工程索赔则是实现这一目的最佳方法之一。Market economy is required to follow the objective economic regularity,and seeking the optimum economic performance in the economy activity.One of its major purpose is how can gain the optimum economic performance to the most central economy activity of engineering as a kind,and claiming compensation is realizing one of optimum method of this purpose to the architectural engineering.
