摘　　要：目的　了解高危人群的特殊性免疫水平对预防艾滋病 ( AIDS)与性传播疾病 ( STD)感染作用。　方法　采用流式细胞术和血清病原学测定桑拿服务员的 CD4+ T细胞及 AIDS/STD抗体携带。　结果　桑拿服务员 WBC<4.0×10 9/L 及淋巴细胞 ( L YM) <4.0× 10 9/L 组的乙型病毒性肝炎 ( HBV)及梅毒螺旋体 ( USR)抗体携带分别为 9.9%及2 .8% ,极显著高于 WBC≥ 4.0× 10 9/L及 L YM≥ 4.0× 10 9/L组 ( P均 <0 .0 1)。 CD4+ 数与 USR之间有密切联系 ( r=0 .698,P<0 .0 5 ) ,前者 CD4+ T细胞 45 1/μl显著低于后者 ( 5 60 /μl,P<0 .0 5 )。但 CD4+ /CD8+之比与 CD4+百分率 ,前者 2 .49与 3 5 .9%显著高于后者 ( 1.84与 3 1.1% ,P<0 .0 5与 0 .0 1)。两组均未检出 HIV抗体阳性携带者。　结论　桑拿人员细胞免疫低下与 AIDS/STD感染有关 ,不良性行为对此有媒介作用 。Objective To understand the effect of special immunity level of the high risk group for mevention of AIDS and the infection of sexually transmitted disease(STD). Methods The CD 4 + T cell and AIDS/STD antibody of sauna service people were determined by flow cell technique and serum antilogy. Result The carrying hepatitis B virus (HBV)and the syphilis ieptospira(USR)antibody in sauna serivice people group with WBC<4.0×10 9/L and lymphocyte(LYM)≥4.0×10 9/L(Pav<0.01). was 9.9% and 2.8% respectively. There was high relation betweenCD 4 + number and HBV(r=0.698 P<0.05).the former CD 4 +T cell 451/цl obviously lower than the latter(560/цl P<0.05).But with ratio of CD 4 +/CD8+and CD 4 + percentage, the former 2.49 and 35.9% were obviously higher than the latter(1.84 and 31.1%) .The HIV antibody of all sauna service were negative carry. Conclusion The low immunity with sauna service people has relation with AIDS/STD infection. The ill sexual behavior acts as intermedia, and the function of cell immunity may be in stimulated condition.
