摘  要:目的 判断低浓度臭氧对实验性环境和小鼠饲养室空气中氨和细菌的净化效果。 方法 用 15 W紫外灯照射产生低浓度臭氧 ,采用国家统一规定的环境采样及实验室分析的标准方法进行研究。 结果  ( 1)小鼠饲养室空气中存在氨和细菌的污染 ,其中尤以细菌污染较为严重 ;( 2 )低浓度臭氧对实验性环境中的氨和小鼠饲养室空气中的氨均有净化作用 ,尤以前者更为显著 ;( 3 )Objective Judging the effects of low concentration ozone on ammonia and bacteria in experimental environment and mice residence. Methods The ammonia and bacteria were studied with ultravidet lamp that produces low concentrate ozone, and standard methods of experimental analysis and survey were adopted. Result (1) Little mice residence air has pollution of ammonia and bacteria, among them bacterium pollution is particularly serious. (2) Low concentration ozone has function of purifying on ammonia in both experimental environment and mice residence ,the former is more remarkable. (3) The low concentration ozone has obvious inhibition on the bacteria.
