摘  要:目的 研究甲醛对雌性小鼠动情周期、卵巢病理组织结构及卵母细胞超微结构的影响。 方法 每天清晨对雌性小鼠做阴道涂片镜检 ,同时腹腔注射甲醛 ,剂量分别为 5 .0 0、2 .5 0和 1.2 5 mg/ kg· bw。连续染毒 5 d后处死一批动物 ,分离卵巢组织进行病理组织学和电镜学检查 ,余下小鼠继续染毒并观察动情周期。 结果 甲醛染毒的小鼠动情期缩短 ,动情周期明显延长且不规则 ;病理切片发现高、中剂量组小鼠成熟及闭锁卵泡有轻度变性 ;电镜检查可见高、中剂量组小鼠卵母细胞胞浆中线粒体肿胀及空泡变 ,但粗面内质网正常丰富 ,少数卵母细胞崩解液化 ,仅存少量细胞碎片。Objective To study the effects of formaldehyde on estrous cycle,ovarian histopathology structure and ultrastructure of oocyte. Methods Female Kunming mice were used. Observe their exfoliative cytoscopy of vagina every morning. Experimental groups had been exposed to formaldehyde by ip for 5 days. Formaldehyde doses were: 5.00, 2.50 and 1.25mg/kg·bw. Some mice were killed at the 6th day, the others continue exposed to formaldehyde and observe their estrous cycle. Result There were shorten of estruation, estrous cycle prolongation and irregular in toxicant exposure groups. High and medial dose groups' mature follicle and atretic follicle have low-grade degeneration. The mitochondria of oocyte in high and medial dose groups swelling and vacuolar degeneration, but rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum (RER) were normal and abundance. There are some oocytes disintegration,liquefaction, only leave some cell debris. Conclusion Formaldehyde has adverse effects on estrous cycle and ovary of female mice.
