刺五加注射液对正常和高分子右旋糖酐所致“血瘀”模型下家兔的血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察刺五加注射液对正常和血瘀模型下家兔的血液流变学的影响。方法 　 1、采用旋转粘度计法自身对照分别取血检测给药前后正常家兔的全身粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血沉和纤维蛋白原 ;刺五加注射液 2 .5 ml· kg- 1。2、取健康雄性家兔 40只 ,2 .0± 0 .2 kg,每组 8只 ,随机分为空白、模型、模型 +刺五加注射液高、低剂量和模型 +阳性对照复方丹参注射液组 ;同法分别取血检测各组家兔的全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血沉和纤维蛋白原。模型复制剂 :10 %高分子右旋糖酐。结果　刺五加注射液能降低正常家兔的全血粘度 (低切 P<0 .0 5 ;高切 P<0 .0 1) ;对急性“血瘀症”家兔 ,两个剂量组刺五加均能明显降低全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血沉和纤维蛋白原 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论 　刺五加注射液可明显改善正常和急性“血瘀症”OBJECTIVE Observe the effect of injection acanthopanax senticosus upon rabbits' hemorrheology under the normal and mass with blood stasis models.METHODS 1.Blood was taken respectively to test normal rabbits' apparent viscosity of blood,plasma viscosity,HCT,ESR and fibrinogen both before and after the medicine was given by means of self comparison of spinning viscosmeter.The dose of acanthopanax senticosus given was 2.5ml·kg -1 .2.Forty male rabbits were chosen,each of them 2.0±0.2kg,and randomly divided into blank group,model group,model plus high and low dose of acanthopanax senticosus groups as well as positive control group(model plus injection salvia miltiorrhiza).Blood was alsotaken to test the raabbits' apparent viscosity of blood,plama viscosity,HCT,ESR,and fibrinogen in each group.Duplicated model agent;10% macromolecular dextran.RESULTS Injection acanthopanax senticosus can decrease mormal rabbits' apparent viscosity of blood(Low shear rate:P<0.05;High shear rate:P<0.01).As to rabbits with acute'mass with blood stasis',acanthopanax senticosus in both the high and low groups can evidently decrease the apparent blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,HCT,ESR and tibrmogen(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Injection acanthopanax senticosus can significantly improve the hemorrheology of normal rabbits as well as rabbits with acute'mass with blood stasis'.
