心律失常患者起搏器置换术的护理

摘　　要：介绍了25例心室ⅤⅥ起搏器置换病人的护理,包括术前准备、术后心电监护、并发症的观察与护理、出院指导等。主要包括专科护士掌握起搏器置换适应症,术前配合医生对患者行X线检查,测试原起搏电极参数以确定置换方案;术后严密心电监护,观察起搏器起搏、感知功能;适当限制新安置起搏器侧肢体的活动,防止电极导线脱位;观察伤口渗血情况以及囊袋有无感染或血肿;出院前行健康宣教和生活指导,嘱患者定期随访等。25例病人置换术后,起搏与感知功能均良好。In this paper, the authors introduces their nursing experience of arrhythmic patients with VVI pacemaker replacement, including preoperative preparation, postoperative electrocardiographic monitoring, observation and nursing of complications, and outpatient instructions. The actual measures are as follows: (1) nurses' mastery of the knowledge of pacemaker replacement indications; (2) preoperative close cooperation with doctors in patients' X-ray examination, (3) testing the variables of the electronic rods of previous pacemaker to ensure replacing approach; (4) closely observing electrocardiographic monitoring to observe the function of pulsing and perception; (5) properly restricting the activities of lateral extremity with newly-planted pacemaker to prevent dislocation of electric wires; (6) observing bleeding at the incision and checking whether there is infection or hematoma in the capsule ; (7) conducting health education and life instruction before discharge, asking them to have regular fellow-up. In the nursing practice, the functions of pulsing and perception were good in all the 25 patients.
