摘 要:笔者报道护士长在护患纠纷防范中的作用,认为了解护患纠纷的常见原因:(1)护理人员缺乏法制观念;(2)规章制度执行不严;(3)责任心不强,业务水平不高;(4)缺乏沟通,护患关系紧张。积极采取防范措施:(1)加强教育,强化护士法制观念;(2)加强各项规章制度的落实;(3)加强业务训练,提高服务质量;(4)强化护士的责任意识,提高整体素质;(5)善于发现和处理潜在的护理纠纷。是护士长在护患纠纷防范中的作用。The authors in the paper report the role of head nurses in prevention of nurse-patient disputes. They point out the common causes of unrse-patient disputes as follows: (1) The nurses lack of law sense; (2) The rules and regulations are not strictly performed; (3) Responsibility is not strong and professional knowledge is poor; (4) Nurses and patients lack of mutual communication so that mutual relationships are in tension. They suggest active measures head nurses can take active in preventing nursing disputes, which include: (1) strengthening education on law; (2) strengthening implementation of regulations; (3) strengthening professional training to improve serving quality; (4) strengthening the sense of responsibilities; (5) actively preventing nursing disputes.
