天津市部分高校学生艾滋病有关知识态度现况调查及健康教育近期效果评价

摘　　要：目的　了解天津市高校学生艾滋病相关知识及行为现状 ,针对学生需求进行健康教育 ,并对健康教育效果进行评价。同时 ,为高校制定艾滋病健康教育规划提供参考。 方法　抽取天津师范大学和外语学院 2 0 0 0年入学新生 ,通过集体讲座 ,使用统一的调查问卷在教育前后分别调查学生艾滋病相关知识及态度 ,并利用EPIinfo软件进行分析。 结果　 天津市高校一年级学生对艾滋病性质、主要传播途径的正确回答率相对较高 ,能够正确对待艾滋病病毒感染者 ,教育前后学生对性行为的态度无明显改变。学生希望获得艾滋病知识的前四位方式均为电视、报刊书籍、卫生课和医生。 结论　 从国情和现实需要出发 ,在大学生中开展适时、适度、适量的性健康教育和健康行为教育 。Objective To investigate knowledge about and attitude toward AIDS in local university students,and evaluate effectiveness of health education among them Methods The target population was the first-year university students,who were given lectures and then requested to fill the questionnaire before and after the lectures Results The results indicated that the university students had a good knowledge about AIDS and its route of transmission and also had correct attitude to HIV/AIDS patients, and that their sex behaviours were not changed before and after education Students were eager to obtain the knowledge through TV,magazines,health lectures and medical personnel Conclusion Health education for university students is very important for the prevention and control of STDS/AIDS
