摘  要:目的 比较研究木瓜总苷、白芍总苷 (TGP)、雷公藤多苷 (TWH)以及青藤碱对角叉菜胶诱导大鼠足肿胀及大鼠棉球肉芽肿的影响。方法 用角叉菜胶诱导大鼠足肿胀 ;足爪容积测定法测定足爪肿胀度 ;棉球包埋法诱导大鼠棉球肉芽肿并测定肉芽肿的净重。结果 治疗给药木瓜总苷 12 0、2 40mg/kg分别在致炎后 5h、3h开始起效 ;TWH 40mg/kg在致炎后 3h开始起效 ,TGP 5 0mg/kg和青藤碱 5 0mg/kg在致炎后 5h发挥疗效 ,四种中药有效部位疗效都持续到致炎后 7h。木瓜总苷 6 0、12 0、2 40mg/kg、TWH 40mg/kg、青藤碱 5 0mg/kg治疗给药对大鼠棉球肉芽肿均有抑制作用 ,TGP 5 0mg/kg治疗给药对大鼠棉球肉芽肿无抑制作用。 结论 木瓜总苷、TWH、TGP、青藤碱都具有抗炎作用 ,但作用特点不同 ,表现在剂量和起效时间等不尽相同。Objective To compare the anti-inflammatory effects of the total glucosides of cheanomeles, the total glucosides of paenia(TGP), tripterygium wifordii hook(TWH) and sinomenine. Methods Carrageen were used to induce claw swelling in rats, the swell degree of claws was determined with capacity measurement method. Tampon granuloma was in duced in rats with tampon embedding method and granuloma was weighed. Results The total glucosides of cheanomeles (120,240 mg/kg) began to exert effect in 5 h and 3 h respectively after inflammatlization; TWH(40 mg/kg) began to exert effect in 3 h after inflammatlization; TGP(50 mg/kg) and sinomenine(50 mg/kg) began to show effect in 5 h after inflammatlization; The total glucosides of cheanomeles (60,120 ,240 mg/kg),TWH(40 mg/kg) and sinomenine(50 mg/kg) inhibited granuloma proliferation in rats,while TGP(50 mg/kg) had no inhibitory effect on granuloma. Conclusion The total glucosides of cheanomeles, TGP, TWH and sinomenine all have anti-inflammatory effects. But their effects have different characteristics in terms of dosage and time for exerting effect etc.
