自拟戊肝合剂治疗散发性戊型病毒性肝炎50例

摘　　要：自拟戊肝合剂治疗散发性戊型病毒性肝炎 5 0例 ,治疗 1个月痊愈率达 84 % ;总有效率为1 0 0 % ,与对照组疗效有显著性差异。其具有清肝利胆、泻下退黄、凉血解毒之效 ,能调整免疫功能 ,抑制戊肝病毒 ,消除胆道炎症 ,排除病毒产物 ,促进肝细胞新陈代谢 ,有利于缩短疗程 。Self-formulated antihepatitis E mixture in treating spreadable hepatitis E(50cases),a month later,the recovered rate and effective raet of the study group were 84% and 100% respectively,was obviously higher than that of the control group.It could clear liver and eliminate gallbladder,the lower flow swiftly and jaundice subsidence,could cool blood and reliev internal poison,and balance immune function.The mixture has activity against HEV,clearing away gallbladder tract infections,getting rid of the viral products,it also has been shown to be active to promote the Liver Cell's metabolism,foreshorten the therapeutic course,heighten the recovered rate.
