摘　　要：目的:了解我省生育年龄女性尿失禁的流行情况,疾病认识程度和生活质量。方法:采用体检及问卷相结合形式调查沿海及山区部分大、中、小城镇、农村居民区自然人群3782名成年女性。结果:问卷回收3229份。占85.64%。结果显示1391名患有尿失禁,占43.08%;患病率与年龄、体重指数、血压、会阴裂伤、产程延长、胎儿高体重、产后休息时间等有直接关系;各型尿失禁以压力性、混合性和急迫性为多,程度均以轻度为主。结论:成年女性尿失禁患病率较高,应引起高度重视。Objective: To understand the epidemic information of incontinence of community-dwelling women as well as their knowledge of incontinence and life quility in Fujian province of China. Methods: A combination of health examination and questionnaire in 3782 adult women distributed in different extent cities, towns and suburbs of both mountain areas and coastline was performed. Results: There were 3229 questionnaires(85.64% of the total amount of questionnaires) were returned, in which 1391(43.08%)were in the trouble of incontinence. Among them there were mainly stress, urge and fixed types and minor grade consisted of the main part. The result revealed a direct relationship between ages, body mass index, rupture of perineum, prolonged labor, overweight of fetus and duration of rest postpartum and the prevalence rate. Conclusion: There is a high prevalence rate of women incontinence domestically in Fujian province of China and should be paid much attention to. A series of health education, diagnosis and treatment should be made to life quality of such incontinence patients.
