金银花花部形态学研究

摘　　要：应用光学显微镜和扫描电镜,对不同产地金银花的花粉、花瓣、花冠管及柱头的形态特征作了比较观察,结果表明不同种间花部的形态具明显区别,种内形态特征与地理分布具有相关性,可为道地药材品质评价和品种鉴别、选育提供依据。Pollen grains, petal, corolla tube and stigma of two species of Flos Lonicerae from 11 habitats in China were examined by the light microscope (LM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The difference between the species, Lonicera japonica and L. hypoglauca existed in the pollen grains, colporates, exines and the ornamentations. Characteristics obviously varied in different species and were closely related to geographic distribution among the species. The results might provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Genuine Crude Drug, and for the identification of varieties.
