摘　　要：研究了天冬氨酸洛美沙星与Fe(Ⅲ )的显色反应分光光度法测定天冬氨酸洛美沙星含量。在0 0 0 0 75mol/LH2 SO4 介质中 ,天冬氨酸洛美沙星与Fe(Ⅲ )形成 1∶1的络合物 ,其λmax =45 7nm ,摩尔吸收系数为1 70·10 3L mol- 1 cm- 1 。该法操作简便 ,灵敏度高 ,天冬氨酸洛美沙星在 1 8～ 9 0mg/5 0ml范围内符合比尔定律(r =0 9999) 此法测其注射剂样品 。An accurate,rapid and very simple spectrometry method for the assay of lomefloxacin-Asp has been developed The method is based on the complexation of iron(Ⅲ) with lomefloxacin-Asp in 7 5×10 -4 mol/L sulphuric acid It has been successfully applied to the assay of lomefloxacin-Asp in drug formulations The results have been found to be very satisfactory
