奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑对映体及相关物质在不同手性柱的分离比较

摘　　要：考察了奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑对映体及其拆分剂联二萘酚在 4种手性柱 (chiralcelOD、chiralpakAD、kromasilCHI TBB和chiral AGP)上的色谱行为。实验结果表明 :ChiralpakAD、Chiral AGP柱分离度大 ,柱效稳定 ,并且这两种柱子的配合使用实现了对包结拆分的全过程监控。此外 。The comparison of separation effect for the enantiomers of omeprazole, enantiomers of lansoprazole and related compounds (BINOL) on different chiral columns was investigated. The omeprazole enantiomers and lansoprazole enantiomers were resolved on four different chiral columns, Chiralcel OD, Chiralpak AD, Kromasil CHI-TBB and Chiral-AGP. Experimental results demonstrated that the resolution of enantiomers and BINOL was obtained only on the first three columns and the best seperation of enantiomers was obtained with Chiralpak AD and Chiral-AGP. For lansoprazole, the retention order was reversed when acetonitrile was replaced with 2-propanol.
