摘　　要：分析了高校办高水平运动队中存在的问题 ,对高校办高水平运动队的出路作了比较详尽的研究 ,并提出了多种办队模式并存 ,多渠道投入 ,完善竞赛体制等构想 ,以及发展高校竞技体育的管理措施 。This paper analyzes the problems of establishing high-level sports teams in colleges and universities and thoroughly probes the way of establishing high-level sports teams in colleges and universities. The conception of the co-existence of diversified models, the input of dieversified channels, the perfection competitive systemsis is put forward.Developing the administrative measures of athletic sports in colleges and universities is also given. New ways of establishing the high-level sports teams are intraduced.
