耳部损伤急诊期的诊断和整复——附431例报告分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨提高急诊期耳部损伤诊断及治疗水平。方法 :对 431例耳部损伤患者的病情等资料分析 ,均采用手术治疗。结果 :42 8例痊愈 ,3例不佳。结论 :为明确诊断 :1除局部征象外应注意全身的症状与体征 ;2耳部 CT应列为常规检查 ;3注意鼻部、眶底和颅脑等以及并发的其它严重损伤。Objective:To study and improve accurate methods of diagnosis and ear trauma in the emergency.Method:431 patients suffered from ear injury were classified by degree of lesion.All of them were treated by ear surgery of diagnostic.Result:428 cases were cured.3 patients were not very effective.Conclusion:To better diagnose,one must pay attention to the symptoms of eye, orbital floor and nasoethmoid sinus fracture and other severe injuries,CT scan is also necessary for diagnosis.
