摘　　要：从自然、经济和社会因素分析了山东西部地区经济发展落后的原因 ,在此基础上提出协调东西部地域差异 ,加强区域经济合作 ,提高山东经济整体水平的对策建议 .Against the background of faction,economic difference greater.In order to improve the level of Shandong's integration economy and enhance the ability of the economy coorperation and competition with other regions,the paper analyses the nature factor,the economy factor and the social and politics factor of its,on the base of these,puts forward to the feasible advice and tactics of the development in Shandong economy.
