摘 要:目的比较低钙饮食对性别不同的大鼠腰椎松质骨和胫骨中段密质骨的影响。方法3个月龄雌雄SD大鼠共25只,随机分成4组(雌雄各2组):正常对照组(control)、低钙组(LCD)。实验90d后取第五腰椎和左侧胫骨中段,行不脱钙骨制片、骨组织形态计量学分析。结果与对照组相比,雄性LCD组松质骨骨量明显减少,骨小梁面积百分率(%Tb.Ar)减少29%(P<0.05),骨结构明显变差;雌性LCD组的%Tb.Ar的变化无统计学意义,骨结构改变也不明显。雄性LCD骨形成的参数中,仅矿化沉积率(MAR)增加27%(P<0.05),而其它的荧光周长百分率、骨形成率等有上升的趋势,但无统计学意义,骨吸收参数骨小梁周长破骨细胞数量(N.OC/Tb.Pm)增加248%(P<0.001);雌性LCD组的骨形成的参数及骨吸收参数均显著增加。密质骨:雄性LCD组的大鼠骨量变化不明显;雌性LCD组的骨量%Ct.Ar减少12%(P<0.001)。结论低钙饮食对雌雄大鼠腰椎和胫骨中段的影响不同,雄性腰椎的松质骨量丢失显著,雌性不明显,而对密质骨影响则相反。Objective To study the effects of low calcium diet on both trabecular bone a nd cortical bone mass in female and male rats.Methods Twenty-five3-month-old Sprague-Dawley male and female rats were randomly divided into four groups whic h were the control group (female),the control group(male),the low calcium diet groups (female LCD)and the low calcium diet group (male LCD).The lumbe r vertebra (LV)and the middle part of the tibial shafts (Tx)were processed u ndecalcified for bone histomorphometric analysis after90days.Results Compared with the control groups,the LV of male LCD group lost cancellous bone mass and had poor architecture,but there were no significant change in female LCD.Mi neral apposition rate (MAR)was increased in male LCD (+27%),the other b one formation indices were increased but no significant,and bone resorption in dices such as osteoclast number per mm(Oc.N/Tb.Pm)was increased.Both bone f ormation indices and bone resorption indices were markedly increased in female g roup.The cortical bone of tibial shaft was lightly decreased in male LCD group but was markedly increased in female group.Conclusions The trabecular bone ma ss of LV in low calcium diet treating male rats was lost markedly but it was no t significant in the female rats.The cortical bone of tibial shaft got the con trary results.
