复方茯苓汤治疗湿疹582例临床观察及实验研究

摘　　要：目的选择具有抑制小鼠变态反应性接触性皮炎的中药,组成复方茯苓汤用于治疗湿疹,并探讨其作用的机理。方法湿疹患者582例,复方茯苓汤每日1剂,水煎服2次。以小鼠二硝基氟苯(DNFB)变应性接触性皮炎为动物模型,研究中药对其耳厚度、重量、真皮炎症细胞数和血清某些细胞因子白介素-1、2、6、GM-CSF的影响。结果临床观察显示582例患者服复方茯苓汤后,治愈307例,显效152例,好转96例,无效27例。实验结果显示复方茯苓汤有抗Ⅳ型变态反应的作用,可下调白介素-2、6。结论复方茯苓汤治疗湿疹有明显疗效,其治疗湿疹有效可能与抑制Ⅳ型变态反应作用有关。Objective To treat eczema with compound Poria decoction which is composed of selected traditional Chinese herbs possessing suppressive effect on murine allergic contact dermatitis,and to study the therapeutic mechanism of the decoction.Meth ods Five hundred and eighty-two cases of eczema were treated with compound poria decoction,every day1prescription,which was boiled and taken orally twice a day.The effect of the decoction on ear swelling,ear flake weight,derma l inflammatory infiltration cell count and serum level of IL-1,2,and6,and GM-CSF,in mice with dinitrofluorobenzene induced dermatitis,were examined.Results Clinical observation showed that,among the582cases of eczema treated with compound poria decoction,307were cured,152cases were significantly improved,96cases were improved,and27cases were not improved.Experiment studies showed that composite poria decoction possessed suppres-sive effect on typeⅣallerg ic reaction,and could down-regulate IL-2and IL-6.Conclusion Compound poria decoction has significant effect on eczema.As to the therapeutic mechanism of the decoction,it may be related to the action of sup-pressingⅣallergic reaction.
