摘　　要：目的通过检测系统性硬化症(PSS)患者的肾上腺轴激素和分析其临床表现,探讨PSS与肾阳虚的关系。方法随机选择65例PSS住院患者,分别测试其血浆皮质醇(Cor)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH),并与正常对照组比较。同时结合患者的临床症状进行分析比较。结果PSS患者血浆Cor和ACTH均较正常对照组为低(P<0.01,P<0.05),差异有显著性;患者的皮肤硬化、肤冷肢寒、腰膝酸软的发生率均比对照组有极显著性差异。结论PSS患者存在肾阳虚和垂体前叶、肾上腺皮质功能的低下。Objective To discuss the relation between systemic sclerosis(PSS)and deficiency of kidney-Yang by checking the patients' hormones of adrenal gland axis and analyzing their clinical symptoms.Methods To choose ran-domly65cases of inpatient PSS,check the cortisol(Cor)and adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH)in plasm and compare them with the normal contrast and analyze their clinical symptoms.Results The Cor and ACTH in PSS were lower than normal contrast.There were markedly high rates of skin sclerosis,coal limbs and soreness of loins and knees.Conclu-sions There are deficiency of kidney-Yang,hypopituitarism and dysfunction of adrenal cortex in PSS patients.
