摘　　要：目的　评估应用单侧多功能外固定支架急诊治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法　对急诊遇到的闭合性、开放性胫腓骨骨折 ,应采用单侧多功能外固定支架固定胫骨 ,必要时配合皮瓣转移或移植、骨移植进行治疗。结果　 1992～ 1995年 ,我院使用单侧多功能外固定支架治疗新鲜胫腓骨骨折 10 0 0例 ,取得满意的临床效果。结论　外固定支架对治疗胫腓骨骨折具有一定的优越性 ,特别对无理想固定器械又不宜作内固定的粉碎性骨折、伴有软组织缺损的复杂骨折 。Objective To appraise the therapeutic effect of the unilateral multi-functional fixators in acute tibial fibuar fractures. Methods For a period of four years, all acute closed or open tibial-fibular fractures were treated with the fixators. Whenever necessary, skin and bone grafting, flap transfer or transplantation were carried out concomitantly.Results From 1992 to 1995, 1 000 cases of acute tibial-fibular fractures had been treated with the unilateral multi-functional external fixators with satisfactory results. Conclusion The fixator has some advantages in treating tibial-fibular fractures, especially of those comminuted type with soft-tissue defect. The external fixator provides an effective alternative for treatment of complicated tibial fractures.
