噻嗪类利尿药引起外源性光敏性皮炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨噻嗪类利尿药引起光敏性皮炎的临床特点及治疗。方法 :停用含有噻嗪类的光敏性药物并避光 ,同时予抗组胺药物口服 ,类固醇霜剂外用对症处理。结果 :10例在 14～ 2 0d后皮损基本控制 ,2例患者皮损时轻时重 ,随访 2个月疗效不佳。结论 :噻嗪类利尿药主要导致皮肤的光敏性反应 ,若不及时停药避光则有可能诱发持续性光敏反应。Objective:To investigate the clinical features and treatment of photosensitivity induced by thiazine diuretics. Methods:The application of photosensitive drugs containing thiazine diuretics was stopped in all the ten cases with photosensitive dermatitis and photoprotective measures taken. At the same time, antihistamine per os, steroid cream for external use and expectant treatrnent were given.Results: Skin lesions of ten cases were effectivly controlled within 14～20 days, but of those two cases were unsteady, sometimes better and sometimes worse. The effect of the two was still not satisfactory even with further Follow-up of two months. Conclusion:Thiazine diuretics mainly induce photosensitive reaction. Continuous photosensitive reaction may be induced if medicines were not withdrawn and photoprotective measures were not taken.
