摘　　要：为保证ZBT— 1型投捞式气举阀在井下能正常工作 ,在地面对ZBT— 1型投捞式气举阀进行了波纹管耐压试验、阀球与阀座密封性能试验、气门心启闭性能试验、地面投捞试验以及偏心工作筒与V形密封圈耐压试验。结果表明 ,该型气举阀能满足文东油田投捞气举采油工艺的需要。对文东油田 8口气举井实施了 18次投捞作业 ,更换气举阀 16支 ,累计增油 2 70 6t ,节约生产成本 14 2万元 ,首次投捞成功率达 94 4 %。To ensure Model ZBT-1 retrievable gas lift valve running smoothly in a hole, its performance tests are made, including pressure test of corrugated tubes, seal test of valve ball and valve seat, opening and closing ability test of valve inside, surface throwing-in and pulling test, and pressure test of the sidepocket mandrel and V-shaped sealing ring. The result of the tests shows that the gas lift valve can meet the demand of gas life technology in Wendong Oilfield. Throwing-in and pulling operations 18 times on 8 gas life wells in Wendong Oilfield were made, 16 gas lift valves were replaced, and 2706 tons more of crude oil in total were produced and 0.142 million Yuan was saved.
