摘 要:用 10号建筑沥青、石灰、有机土、油酸、渗透剂、抗温乳化剂制成了粉状解卡剂JQG。介绍了制造工艺和室内制品配方。以常用的用氧化沥青制成的粉状解卡剂CPF为对比剂 ,对JQG的性能进行了室内评价。解卡剂JQG(解卡浸泡液 )的细度、破乳电压、塑性粘度、屈服值、滤失量、硬沉淀、解卡性能全部符合行业标准 ;在 15 0℃、16h静置处理中JQG解卡浸泡液的高温稳定性和悬浮重晶石的能力优于CPF解卡浸泡液 ;实验卡钻泥浆泥饼的摩阻在JQG解卡浸泡液中浸泡 2 8h后降为零 ,而在CPF解卡浸泡液中需浸泡 4 4h才降为零 ;JQG解卡浸泡液能浸透 3mm厚的泥浆泥饼 ,使泥饼分裂为小碎块 ,烘干后变疏松而大面积脱落 ,CPF解卡浸泡液对泥饼的渗透深度只有 1mm ,泥饼分裂为大块 ,烘干后不脱落。JQG的解卡性能优于CPF。表 4参 1。A powdered stuck pipe freeing agent (SPFA), JQG, is prepared from building asphalt #10 (instead of air blown one), lime, organic clay, oleic acid, penetrating surfactant and heat resistant emulsificator. The manufacturing process and the general formulation of laboratory preparate are described. With a commonly used SPFA based on air blown asphalt, CPF, in comparison, the performance properties of JQG are investigated in laboratory. It is shown that JQG (powder and spotting fluid) meets the requirements of trade Standard in all its items: particle size, voltage of demulsification, plastic viscosity, yield stress, filtrate loss, hard precipitates, and stuck pipe freeing ability; JQG spotting fluid is superior to CPF spotting fluid in thermal stability and in barite suspensing capacity determined in treatment at 150℃ over 16 hrs; the friction resistance of mud cake diminishes to zero in 28 hrs when immesed in JQG spotting fluid and in 44 hrs when immersed in CPF spotting fluid; JQG spotting fluid penetrates into mud cake of 3 mm in thickness and fractures it into small parts which are loose and easy to be debonded after beig dried while CPF spotting fluid penetrates into mud cake only 1 mm, fractures it into large parts which are not easy to be debonded after being dried. The stuck pipe freeing ability is better than that of CPF.
