加味丹参饮对家兔动脉粥样硬化形成影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨加味丹参饮对家兔动脉粥样硬化 (As)形成的影响。方法将健康家兔采用随机分层分组法分为 4组 ,即正常对照组、模型组、血脂康对照组和加味丹参饮治疗组。除正常对照组外 ,其余均给予高脂饲料 (1 0 0g饲料中含 2g胆固醇、5g猪油 ) ,8周后开始给药 ,连续 4周。观察各组家兔主动脉病理改变及血脂变化。结果加味丹参饮能显著降低As家兔血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,明显提高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;能明显降低主动脉硬化斑块面积与动脉总面积比值 ,减轻主动脉病理变化。结论加味丹参饮具有明显的调节血脂、抑制高脂饲料家兔动脉粥样硬化形成的作用。?Objective To study the antiatherogenetic effects of Jiaweidanshenyin on hyperlipid fed rabbits. Methods The healthy white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups, i.e. control group, high lipid group(model group), Xuezhikang control group and Jiaweidanshenyin group(treating group).Then,the changes of serum lipid level and the histopathological changes of aorta were detected routinly among all the animals.Results Jiaweidanshenyin could markedly decrease the level of total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL C) (P<0.01) and significantly increase the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C) (P<0.05) in sera of rabbits fed with high lipid diet. The ratio of atherogenesis area was decreased and the lesion of aorta was remarkably improved.Conclusion Jiaweidanshenyin is remarkably effective to modulate the lipid metabolism and inhibit atherogenesis of hyperlipid fed rabbits. 〔
