桑叶提取液对凝血机制的影响

摘　　要：目的观察桑叶提取物对凝血机制的影响。方法小鼠腹腔注射桑叶提取物后测定全血凝固时间 ;在兔血浆中加入桑叶提取物后 ,测定激活的部分凝血酶时间 (APTT)、凝血酶原时间 (PT)和凝血酶时间(TT) ,在去抗凝血酶Ⅲ (AT Ⅲ )和去纤溶酶原兔血浆中加入桑叶提取物后测定TT。结果桑叶提取物能明显延长小鼠全血凝固时间和显著延长兔血浆的APTT、PT和TT ,显有明显的剂量 效应依赖关系 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,对去AT Ⅲ和去纤溶酶原血浆同样有显著的延长TT的作用 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论桑叶提取物具有明显的抗凝作用 。?Objective To observe the effect of mulberry leaf extract(MLE) on blood coagulating mechanism. Methods Blood clotting time (CT) was measured after MLE being injected intraperitoneally arnong mice,and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time (PT) and thrbomin time(TT) were determined after MLE being added into the rabbit plasma. Then, TT was measureted again when antithrombin Ⅲ eliminated rabbit plasma and the plasminogen eliminated rabbit plasma were added with MLE. Results MLE could significantly prolong CT of mice and rabbits, APTT,PT and TT of rabbits(P<0.01),showed a significand dose effect correlation(P<0.01). MLE also markedly postponed TTs of antithrombin Ⅲ eliminated rabbit plasma and plasminogen eliminated rabbit plasma (P<0.01).Conclusion MLE holds obvious anti blood clotting effect, which is implemented by inhibiting thrombin activities to hydrolyze fibrinogen into fibrin. 〔
