摘  要:AIM To investigate the serology relationship of specific anti auto antibodies and anti endometrium antibody. METHODS The Enzyme linked immune solid assay (ELISA) was used in both fifty patients with positive anti endometrium antibody (test group) and fifty healthy female (control group). RESULTS In test group, the patients with positive anti double stain DNA antibody are 20,and the total positive of ENA polypeptide antibodies are 24, among of them, the patients with anti Sm, anti RNP, anti SSA and anti SSB are 18, 15, 14, and 13 respectively. Contrast with control group, there are all significant discrepancy. CONCLUSION There are anti auto antibodies in quite a pare of patients with positive anti endometrium antibody.AIM To investigate the serology relationship of specific anti auto antibodies and anti endometrium antibody.
