慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者行胸部物理疗法的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨胸部物理疗法 (CPT)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)患者血气分析及气道通气功能的影响。方法　选取 5 6例存在中度通气功能障碍的COPD患者 ,分为观察组 (行CPT)和对照组 (未行CPT)各2 8例 ,比较两组患者的血气分析指标及气道通气功能改善状况。结果　观察组血气分析指标明显改善 (P <0 0 5 ) ,气道通气功能明显改善 ,改善率达 5 3 5 7% (P <0 0 1)。结论　COPD患者行CPT后能明显改善气道通气功能 ,减少COPD急性加重的次数 。Objective To probe into the effects of chest physical therapy(CPT) on bood gas analysis and ventilation function of patients with chornic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 56 cases of COPD complicated with moderate ventilation disturbances were selected,they were dividided into observatial group and control group.Their ventilation function was checked and blood gas analysis was done.Results The results shown that indexes of blood gas analysis,ventilation function improved significantly in observatial grop compared with control grop(P<0.05,P<0.01,respectively).Conclusion Chest physial therapy may improve obviously ventilation function,lessen the times of acute attact,and delay the progress of illness in COPD patients.
