摘 要:目的 探讨缺碘地区全民食盐加碘前后出生的婴幼儿的发育状况。方法 追踪观察全民食盐加碘前后出生的 2 86名婴幼儿的发育状况。采用 0~ 4岁儿童发育诊断量表进行发育商测量 ,并调查其可能的影响因素。结果 在缺碘地区 ,全民食盐加碘前后出生婴幼儿的出生体重、2 4个月龄体重差异无显著意义 ( P >0 .0 5 )。但身高发育间差异有显著意义。食盐加碘前出生的婴幼儿发育商的均值为 98.2 9± 10 .38,发育商落后率为9.3% ,食盐加碘后出生婴幼儿发育商的均值为 10 4.12± 9.36 ,落后率为 0 ,两者差异有显著意义 ( P <0 .0 0 1)。但全民食盐加碘前出生的婴幼儿在全民食盐加碘后碘营养状况得到改善 ,追踪 83名相同婴幼儿 ,4岁时的智能发育商均值较 2岁有明显的提高 ( P <0 .0 0 1) ,但 2岁时发育落后的婴幼儿 4岁时复测仍处于落后水平 ,2次测定结果落后率差异没有显著意义 ( P >0 .0 5 )。结论 全民食盐加碘对婴幼儿智能发育的整体水平有明显的改善 ,但对胚胎期碘营养不良形成的潜在性智力损伤的婴幼儿智能发育改善不明显。Objective To observed development state of two groups infants who were born before or after universal iodized salt.Methods To test development quotient (DQ) weight and height of 286 infants who were born before or after universal iodized salt with the method of 0~4 years infant development diagnosis.Results The birth weight and weight of 24th month was no significant different (P>0.05).But the height of 24th month was significantly higher (P<0.001).The mean of DQ of infants who were born before universal iodized salt is 98.29±10.38 and retarded rate was 9.3%. The mean of DQ of infants who were born after universal iodized salt is 104.12±9.36 and we didn't discover development retarded infant. The development of two group has significant different (P<0.001). We also follow up development of 83 infants who were born before universal iodized salt and were tested DQ at 2 years old. Their urine iodine level has obvious improved after universal iodized salt at 4 years old and means of DQ has obvious improve comparing with their DQ at 2 years old. But the infants who were delay of development at 2 years were still retarded at 4 years old.Conclusions Level of development of infants have obvious improved after suppling iodized salt. But It has not remarkable changes for some potential impact of brain during their embryo.
