溃结灵的抗炎与镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的　观察溃结灵的抗炎与镇痛作用。方法　抗炎实验采用大鼠蛋清足肿胀模型和大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型 ,镇痛实验采用小鼠热板法和扭体法。结果　溃结灵 2个剂量 (9.18g/kg,4.5 9g/kg)能明显降低大鼠的足肿胀度 ,减少棉球肉芽肿的质量 ;并能明显延长热板法小鼠疼痛阈值和降低醋酸扭体法小鼠的扭体次数。结论　溃结灵有一定的镇痛和抑制急性炎症反应。Objective It is to study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Kuijieling (KJL). Methods Anti-inflammatory effect of KJL was studied with the model of egg-white-induced swelling in foot of rat and cotton-ball-induced granuloma of rat. Analgesic effects of KJL were studied with pain model mice and that were induced by acetic acid and hot plate. Results The degree of the swelling induced by egg white were decreased significantly and the weight of granuloma induced by cotton-ball of rat was reduced. The times of torsion caused by acetic acid were reduced and the pain threshold of mice were reinforced. Conclusion KJL has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
